We stopped in for the monthly special, it was a good combination at a good value. The place was not too busy for Tuesday lunch time but there is steady traffic. We got served pretty quickly. The sushi is fast food quality. The Wasabi paste gives a little kick.

**New South Bay Favorite!** Amazing quality for the price, with generous portions and fresh flavors. The customizable combo plate is a steal, offering a lot of food. Some reviews comparing it to high-end sushi miss the point--it's a counter-order spot, not a fancy restaurant. This place is amazing!

My new fav sushi spot in the South Bay and it really helps that it's affordable! Food: I tried like 5pc kaarage for 5.95 and it was hot and fresh and flavorful on a bed salad. It was kimchi mayo float it which I am assuming is the sauce because I didn't taste it on the chicken . I also got the 3 item combo and enjoyed choosing different appetizers and sushi combos like the Philadelphia roll and spicy tuna hand roll. Even got the signature miso soup on the side. Everything was fresh and filling. All of their items and a side rice for $15. I will def be back for some more specials. Service: Overall quick and kind service. They brought my extra items out to the patio which was nice. Also they let me know about all the free specials for being a first timer. I got. After hand roll, but there were free sodas, tempura, etc. Ambiance: The place was pretty clean looking and the menus were straight forward. Decent parking and plenty of sitting space. Coming back for the sept 8.99 special. This should be yall fav too

Came here for lunch because my dad saw a pop up ad on Facebook for the $9.99 September special, lol. We were a bit confused at first, because we drove to the old Sushi Boy location and didn't see it anymore. (It's been years since we went to this area.). Then we looked up Kozo Sushi online and found this place. Plenty of parking in the shared lot was nice. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was very weak and the heat from today was unbearable for my toddler to be in the restaurant for too long, so we took our food to go eat in Del Amo Mall instead. The Bento Box is a great deal, and the food is delicious and very filling for a meal. My mom said that there was too much rice, but you kind of need the rice to make it filling. Everything was fresh and the rice was nice and soft and perfectly seasoned. I was surprised that the white fish nigiri was fully cooked, but I preferred it that way because usually it tends to be kind of tough and rubbery with a smell when it is raw. The chicken was nice and tender and not overly seasoned. The shrimp in the tempura was tender, but the shrimp in the nigiri was kind of tough--as it usually is in other places.

I enjoy the lunch specials and manager specials for an affordable and fresh sushi and rolls. Rice is just perfect and portion of the fish on the sushi is generous. If you are looking for a quick and satisfying lunch spot, this is it. Then I head next door to Chip for a man awesome cookie.
